What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to staying positive, goal-oriented, and choosing not to think in terms of challenges. No matter what life threw my way—including raising two children, now 16 and 29, and moving across the country multiple times—I remained focused and driven. That mindset helped me consistently perform at a high level, earning recognition as a top 10% sales performer for twelve consecutive years and being honored in the prestigious Presidents Club.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from a colleague who told me, “If you don’t like something, change it—don’t complain.” That mindset really stuck with me and shaped how I approach both work and life. It reminded me that I have the power to take action, make improvements, and drive solutions instead of wasting energy on negativity.
